Looking Back, and Looking Ahead.

Welcome to the Coastal Springs blog roll! This is our first post and we are incredibly excited about the re-launch of the website, new facebook page, and this very blog.

We will be updating it as often as we can in the lead up to this season with info about changes with the lodge, our plans for the season, and most importantly: THE FISHING. During the season we will be updating daily or semi daily with pictures, fishing reports, guide stories, guest stories, fish stories and whatever else a team of fisherman can think to lie about.

We are all very eager to get up to the lodge and get to work. It’s all I have been thinking about for a few months now, and the appearance of spring has really pushed it that much farther. My fishing rods on the wall seem to be taunting me. If we had a spring season up Knight Inlet at Glacier Bay like we did way back in the day, we would be fishing a week from now. Alas, we’ve got to follow the fish and wait until June!
